Giardia is a parasite .It causes infection of the small intestine that is called giardiasis.It's one of the causes of travelers diarrhea.The most common symptoms are diarrhea and cramping abdominal pain. also nausea with or without vomiting, fatigue. The illness is normally self limited and lasts 2 to 4 weeks. In some cases if not treated can last for several months to years. There are so many things to say about it.
