Just search YoVille in the Facebook or MySpace search bar, then click it. The game will begin with a 10 min tutorial which will teach you everything there is to know about being a YoVillian & for more help you can ask on the YoVille forums where there is a huge amount of support.

there is no actual way to start a new account for yoville so what you can do is start a new myspace/facebook and use it specifically for yoville. you can keep your other yoville account and use your new account for twice the income, start events, help scam, talk to yourself, spy on ppl, and more.
