He executed people for no reason, including his two wives, Anne Boleyn and Katherine Howard. He destroyed the English Catholic faith and only cared about how his life was, not how the future of England would be. He was a selfish and a bit of a hipocrite.

I believe that Henry VIII was a monster although I think he made a good king but his need for power and money made him look too forceful and high-handed. The reason I think that Henry is a monster is because out of all the people he could execute he chose two of his six wives and his best friend. He chose to kill his wife for doing nothing at all. Firstly Henry married six wives, his first wife Catherine of Aragon he divorced because he felt he needed a son to be his next heir to the throne. One of his wives, he divorced because she had a baby girl and he didn't want to have a girl as the next heir to the throne.
