i think its more of a matter of who doesn't celebrate Christmas instead of where. Christmas is a religious holiday so its more based on the different religions. Jews for example don't celebrate Christmas so areas where people are Jewish would be as "christmasy".
Of course other people can celebrate christmas. Christmas is a tradition, and it is more and more celebrated by christians and atheists alike. Christmas has become much more of a family thing as opposed to a religious thing.
There are various traditions that other cultures celebrate instead of Christmas. For Muslims, they celebrate Ramadan, Jews celebrate Hanukkah and so much more.
Just about all actors celebrate Christmas. It would be much more difficult to find some that don't.
they celebrate at a church as the priminister talks. they celebrate with trees decorations and much more

No. The Russian and serbian orthodox people have Christmas from the 6th to the 8th of January. Muslims don´t celebrate Christmas at all. There are sure more religions where they don´t celebrate Christmas like countries in Asia. And to add to that because there are so many time zones Christmas is bound to be clebrated at different time even if you are in the same country! And even though I live in a Muslim country (Bangladesh) I still celebrate Christmas and I'm Canadian so you have to keep in mind that people who Celbrate Cristmas may be in a non Cristmas celebrating country but they would probably still celebrate the holiday. PS. Here in Bangladesh we still get a Christmas break and some Muslims do celebrate Christmas.
