Hi, I bought the RED Card to make international phone calls. I'm wandering if I'll be able to call with my cellphone to another cellphone in Spain or to a home phone It's not working yet. What can I do Thank you.?

The Red cards are typically issued to be used in conjunction with a hard line, not a celluluar phone. If you look at the back of the card there is a series of numbers and a code that you enter to make the long distance phone calls. Go to a pay phone or use the regular phone in your home and call this number first, enter the code on the back of the card and then dial the number that you want to call in Spain. Each time you call the card will give you your new balance over the phone at the beginning of the phone call. You can use this Red Card to call any number, both cel phones and regular land line phones.
