I'm 16 as well and fit most of your criteria (Huge hypochondriac with a generalised anxiety disorder). I would say that there's no "normal" when it comes to the symptoms that come along with your anxiety. I used to get really bad tingling in my hands and feet and worried I was having a stroke (I wasn't). Try not to worry about it too much.

Yes. Stop taking so much unless it is doctor recommended. You could be suffering from an overdose of one or both things. Talk to your doctor if your headaches don't stop a few days after you stop taking the supplements (allow it time to clear your system).
