"2nd" is only half of the address. Numbers needed are, for example, 2/34th. Which means, 2nd Battalion of the 34th Armor, or Cavalry, or Infantry, or Artillery, Engineer, Transportation, or Maintenance Regiment, etc.the 2nd maint bn was stationed in vung tau until aug 69 when it relocated to I corps. it was stationed beside the phubai airport, which is now a major airport.it served under Saigon support Command& then the Danang Support Command.
