1) Ask him to come to yours (if you're just a few hours ride away from each other)

2) Go alone
Having a date is overrated. If they don't want to dance, then you feel obliged not to, and what's the point anyways? so that people don't think you're a loner?
If you ask your boyfriend to go with some other guy he'll either get mad at you and most likely want to break up with you, or say yes and die a little inside.
But if your homecoming means more to you than your boyfriend, then tell him that and go to your homecoming with some other guy. You'll loose a person that's willing to go the distance for you for one nights reputation. And if that's what you want then you don't deserve such a guy.
