The starter on the Honda Accord is located in the front of the vehicle. The Honda's motor sits sideways inside the engine compartment. The starter is between the front of the car and the motor.
It is enabled when someone of sufficient weight sits in the passenger seat. If no one is sitting there or someone less than the required weight the air bag will not deploy.
I can't answer what the cost is to repair. But the blue-white smoke is probably oil that has run down through the valve seals while it sits overnight. With 234k (kilometers? miles?) it is not surprising at all that there might be some oil burning. No great harm done in the near future. I had this problem with an 1982 Accord and it was the valve guide seals. When they are worn oil leaks into the cylinder when the car sits and then is burned up after you start the car. I don't think the parts are expensive but unless you are pretty mechanically inclined a professional should repair it.
Had the same problem when I had my filter changed it is in a bracket that sits on the back wall, left hand passenger side. Its not too far down. I know in the 87 there are 2 of them, one behind the rear wheel drivers side and one in the engine compartment.
because you can't get out that fast
Yes unless you look funny
I'm not sure about a Honda Accord, but all cars are pretty much the same. You can remove the radiator cap and add antifreeze, or you can look for the antifreeze "overflow reservoir". A piece of tubing from near the radiator cap should run to a plastic jug about the size of a gallon or two. It usually sits off to one side or the other under the hood. The side of the overflow reservoir may have a fill mark on it. The top should have a lid that is easily removed. That's probably the recommended place to add antifreeze.
Sounds like a fuel problem. Check your fuel filter. Make sure that gas is getting to the engine.
It is likely that your battery is losing power when it sits for extended periods. You should periodically go crank your motorcycle, or change the battery.
That depends on many factors. How well it is maintained, where and how it is driven and the climate it is driven in. Is it garage kept or sits outside. Under the best of circumstances you should easily bee able to drive it for 150,000 miles with no major repairs. It is possible to go much farther but it is impossible to say how long.
The horn sits in the middle of the steering wheel. There are horn symbols just left and right of the Honda badge. Press either one and the horn will sound.
Im guessing this is a petrol lawnmower. sounds like the float is not set at the correct level in the carburetor
