Check 3 things:
1. Check the relay located in the fuse box under the hood in rear passenger side. Relays and fuses are labeled on the box lid. Switch around relays that have the same prong pattern then run the car to normal operating temperature. If the fan runs, could be a bad relay. If it doesn't run then onto the next check.
2. Test the radiator fan motor located on the radiator to ensure 12 volts is reaching the motor. Use a 12 volt device to check and if it doesn't run during the test then the motor may be burnt out. If it does run then onto the 3rd check.
3. Locate the radiator fan switch near the thermostat where the upper radiator house is inserted into the engine. This bad boy may need to be replaced. If all these fail then my advice is to roll down all your windows and roll the car into a lake.
