House or aprtment w/ pet under 9 lbs.at 545.00 per month?5
Yes.
at least a $1000. Manhattan is probably $1500-$2000 a month with two other people in an apt
around $900 per month, trash and water are usually included.
If the apt is 'rent-regulated' there are yearly liimits on rent increases. If the apt is not 'rent-regulated' then there are no yearly liimits on rent increases. However, the landlrod can not raise your rent until the lease expires. To find out if your apartment is, or should be, 'rent-regulated' call DHCR at 718 739 6400. They can then guide you to the specific information about permissable increases.
If you have a month-to-month tenancy, either party can terminate the contract with at least a full month's notice. So, in January, the landlord can tell the tenant that if they want to be there March 1, they'll have to sign a lease (this assumes the rent is due on the first).

A local realtor can answer your question.
It depends on there you're getting the apartment.
Uncertain what the questioner means by "illegal" apartment. If the place you were living was not licensed as an apartment/boarding house/rooming house the landlord can probably be charged criminally for operating an un-licensed establishment. You may have no choice but to sue this person in civil court but will have to be able to prove that the person rented you the space KNOWING that it was hazardous.
You can host a legal website on any ISP If you are using your own server, sometimes if you rent your apt or house running a business is not allowed. If your using a web host then none of that matters
The local Board of Health or Inspectional Services Department.
You will be liable for the rent until the end of the lease, except if the landlord rents the apt. before that time. Some states may have their own laws on this, but in the state of IN. that is how it is suppose to work. The landlord is also suppose to make an effort to rent that particular apt. Jeanne
