How do I reconcile my relationship with my sibling?

My older sibling, for my entire life, has been the most difficult person for me to interact with. Note that both she and I have no trouble with anybody else (aside from me having some conflict with my parents due to one similar cause). So, she tells me that I must be the problem (she thinks I lack the social skills, but I could also easily point out to her that despite her learning social skills for nurses, she sure doesn't demonstrate her own skills well in front of me). I completely disagree with her, because we wouldn't have conflicts in the first place if it weren't for her showing disregard for my moral principles. She wants to try to "mend" them for me, but I already told her on numerous occasions that under no circumstance would I agree to it. Just because she thinks that something is right doesn't mean that it's also right for me nor does it mean that it should be seen as right. (And just to clarify, I wasn't harming anyone. In fact, in the most recent case, it was not something that most people would even care about.) I even used the analogy of an atheist trying to convert a Christian, and she still either doesn't care or doesn't understand. Before I move on though, I think an explanation on my conflict with my parents would be good for context: it is of my own beliefs that I have the freedom to make whatever choices I want (as I am an adult). If I made the choices, then I was prepared to take on the consequences. My parents in particular do not respect this, and I could bet you that if they had the chance to control my life as they saw fit, they likely would. This leads us into arguments about even things that we would otherwise agree on because they seem to try to force stuff onto me (i.e. I do want to adjust my sleep schedule, but them forcing me to wake up early is actually in effect taking me out of the position of taking initiative for myself and demotivates me from making changes). Finally, I apologize for writing in the format of a disorganized rant. I'm just really frustrated at the entire situation, and I also doubt that any of this was done out of malice, which makes it even harder for me to select a solution.
