The sacraments that Jesus gave to the church are Baptism and the Eucharist, also known as the Lord's Supper or Holy Communion. These are considered the two primary sacraments in most Christian traditions.

A person who has received all three of these sacraments is considered a fully initiated Catholic. I am a catholic and we believe that Jesus is in the Eucharist. We also believe you should get baptised at infancy and that you should take confirmation. Please convert to Catholicism. i believe confirmation is a tool for the Church's, not God's design. if one s baptism is not holy enough the church is weaken.i do believe confirmation it a open display of one baptism. one's true belief in God and Church

Ecclesiastical . a visible sign of an inward grace, especially one of the solemn Christian ritesconsidered to have been instituted by Jesus Christ to symbolize or confer grace: the sacraments ofthe Protestant churches are baptism and the Lord's Supper; the sacraments of the Roman Catholicand Greek Orthodox churches are baptism, confirmation, the Eucharist, matrimony, penance, holyorders, and extreme unction.
Jesus directly instituted two sacraments, Baptism and the Lord's Supper (or Holy Communion, commonly called the Eucharist or the Mass); five others, Confirmation, Holy Matrimony, Reconciliation (confession and absolution), Ordination and Anointing of the Sick, are commonly called sacraments, but were not directly instituted by him.

Communion- This is the religious sacrament where you take the Eucharist for the first time. After this, you are allowed to take the Eucharist at church every time. This is not something that God has deemed necessary for us to know. All that we know for sure, is that they were baptized and confirmed before the Last Supper, because it was at the Last Supper that Our Blessed Lord instituted the priesthood and invested them with this Office. As it is necessary for the reception of any of the sacraments (the Holy Eucharist and Ordination) for the person to have first received baptism, and in the early Church Baptism and Confirmation were always given together, as they still are in the Eastern Rites, we know that the Apostles had these before that night.
Jesus made no special preparations. The cross was always before him, which he called his baptism: But I have a baptism to be baptized with; and how am I straitened till it be accomplished! (Luke 12.50)
