How to Delete a Disapproved AdSense Account that doesn't have a "Cancel" option (I already tried closing Google Payments profile)?
I created two Adsense accounts for my YouTube channel. That was a mistake since only one account is allowed. But now I can not delete either of the accounts. The reason it gave is, it needs to be approved. But I can't have it approved because of the same duplicate account. I found online that you can delete it by closing Google Payments profile. I even got email saying the account was cancelled. But when I go to Adsense website, it appears as if it was never closed. I don't see any difference, the account is still active. So I need help closing this account.
