Your First Meditation
To begin meditating, find a place where you can sit comfortably and quietly. Then close your eyes and do nothing for a minute or so. Thoughts may come during that time, and that is okay. Then start the audio below and play your mantra** at a whisper. Each time you hear your mantra, say it quietly inside without moving your tongue or lips. After one minute the audio will fade to silence. Then continue saying your mantra quietly inside for four more minutes. If thoughts come during that time, gently return to saying your mantra quietly inside. The audio will tell you when four minutes is over. Follow this instruction for your first meditation only. After your first meditation, follow the instructions in the Daily Practice of Meditation section below.
Where: Anywhere, but usually in nature or in a Buddhist temple, but really anywhere is fine. How: Meditation Chanting
Exercise and meditation are the simplest, easiest, and can even be combined. Walking meditation, for example, has been a mainstay for millennia, as has Tai Chi.
Meditation can take place in formal settings such as meditation rooms or temples, but it is such a flexible method that it can be done almost anywhere. Ideally in a location free from distractions the better appointed the meditation space, the more successful the experience is likely to be.
Your consciousness improves naturally after enough practice. Simple.
Meditation is a skill that takes practice to develop before you can feel comfortable enough to go into a deep meditation, or deep relaxation. There are many different styles and all of them focus on the breath. A simple thing you can do to get started is to learn proper belly breathing, then meditation come naturally.
Anywhere and everywhere, some prefer quiet places but those who can meditate in noise areas are true legends and masters. Learn how to Meditate by clicking link on my biography
If properly done, it's essentially the same as any other kind of true meditation. That is, focusing the mind for long time on a very specific and simple object, being physical or not (even "no object" could be). It seems that in Buddhist meditation some meditation objects are more frequent. Such is the case of meditation on breathing, on the body parts or on the full body as a whole among others.
Although the Hollywood version of a Zen Buddhist meditating usually involves a Zen Garden, meditation hall, or a freezing waterfall in the middle of winter (?), Zen meditation can occur almost anywhere that there is a minimum of distraction. For students sitting a meditation hall under the guidance of a master is usual, but sitting or standing or walking Zen is also possible.
A zendo is a meditation hall or room used for Zen Buddhist practice. It is a dedicated space where practitioners gather for seated meditation (zazen) and other Zen rituals and ceremonies. The zendo typically has a simple and serene atmosphere to support focused meditation practice.
The answer is Simple If you was here or I was there we would be together
Zen, in its simplest and purest form, is about being in the Now. Zen meditation is about being present in the moment. It is fairly easy for most people to practice because it is our natural state. You are not trying to learn a new skill you are simply allowing what is meant to be. That is, for you to be here, in this moment, alive…right now. It is very simple and very effective in relieving stress and depression. One of the many wonderful things about Zen meditation is that you can practice it almost anywhere at any time. You can multi-task it which is wonderful for people with busy lives and you receive all the benefits associated with any other style of meditation.
It's pretty simple actually. All you have to do is be Lisa, find the meditation pads on the middle, the left, and the right side of the battle area, go into the meditation area and use the hand of budda punch on the ape (once for each pad)But you will have to do it at the right time because if you go into the meditation area at the wrong time the ape will knock you out of the meditation area by hitting you with a barrel.
