If you can find a good diet then you lose 2 pounds a week in for the first 4 weeks then it slows to 1 pound a week. So it will take roughly 20 weeks.
i do not think there is a healthy way to do that. you should not be losing more than 2-4 pounds per week. and at 116 pounds what are you worried about!?
dont try to lose to much weight try 2 pounds a week and mostly what i did was just only eat fruits and vegetables and water for 2 days and i lost 2 pounds it wasnt that hard so if u want u should try it

I myself lost between 3 and 4 pounds in a week at my heaviest just by cutting 750 calories a day and adding in some light exercise. It is best to consult a doctor if you plan to lose that much weight really quickly. The risk you take in losing it too quickly is saggy skin :(

Apart from getting radical surgery, or getting really, really ill - you can't. A reasonable loss rate is something like 2-4 lbs/week, so don't even try.
This would be difficult to achieve in such a short timespan, and it would also be dangerous. It is unhealthy - and potentially dangerous - to lose more than 2-3 pounds per week.
