Take the tranny pan down and unbolt the filter and replace with a new one, clean the pan real good and scrape old gasket off the pan and install new gasket onto the pan with permetex sealer and let dry for 10 minutes and the reinstall the pan to the tranny with the bolts and torque down to about 15 ft. lbs. and then refill the tranny with new fluid until full on the dipstick with engine warmed up and in park, usually about 5 or 6 qts. to refill.
Down the same tube that holds trans dipstick.
