This is what I do on sims 2... Buy exspencive stuff what a few days then sell it and buy it back.
- Well, you could buy the most expensive tree/plant item. Buy lots of them and place them around your lot, then deletethem all and you won't get any money back. But it takes a while, depending on how much money you have. Hope i helped:)
