Hot desking means that the desk is shared between many different people and is often used in companies that have employees working away from the company. These companies equip the desk with all the vital equipment and is there for use of any visitors or staff that have come back for a few days that usually work outside the company. These desk do not belong to anyone and our to be shared and well maintained.
