How Is The Chinese Name Sequenced?

your family name is written and pronounced first and than your personal name,

for example if your name was Amy Chen. Chen would be prioritized while the first part Amy's name(personal) would be said second.

another example, lets say my official name is Simon Tse, so my surname (Tse) would be written and pronounced first while my Chinese first name "Gah-Wei" would be pronounced second.

so in order it would be "Tzeh Gah Wei" for my Chinese name. my ping-ying is probably incorrect but im sure you get the general meaning.
