Assuming you mean MySims for Wii, there are 3 or 4 neighborhoods, depending on what you consider a neighborhood. There is the starting town neighborhood, the desert, and the forest. I also consider the seashore a neighborhood, as it is inside the desert, but you have to cut down a door to access it, and it is pretty far from the desert houses.
