You cant transfer directly you must go on itunes on a compuer sync the music onto it and check the songs you want. Plug in your other ipod.

If your phone has a USB connection then you can plug it into a computer. Insert the disc you want the audio from into the cd-rom drive of the computer. Transfer the files from the disc's storage to the phone's storage.

On a laptop it is. On a desktop compuer it can be done through a fax/modem card or other expansion card. There are also models that can plug into a USB connection, with no installation necessary.
