If you have Palkia Dialga and Giratina you SURF to cinnarbar and head into the Pokemon center and talk to nurse joy and she'll give you a azure Flute but the azure flute will only work on Christmas ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- QUESTION! so u HAVE to surf, u can't fly, and are u sure that's the ONLY way, and what level will it be?
