How to get strong muscles.
To do so, start by getting fit. Getting fit can help you get stronger faster, as running and other exercising activities can increase your stamina, or your maximum energy. Exercising 1 hour a day or more helps you balance your weight, and it allows you to do harder exercises. When you are done with that, eat meat with lots of protein, or drink protein shakes.
