At a minimum it consists of three spots of phosphor. Red, green, & blue.
There are three electron guns (a cathode with control grids), one for each color.
There is a shield (a metal plate with holes in it, one for each three dots). Each gun "sees" only it's own color dots.
The three signals control the number of electrons hitting each dot and therefore the intensity of each color. Your eye (or rather your brain) converts the three into a single color, millions of them.
Pixel
OLED TV technology works on the self emission of the pixel itself. Every individual pixel can emit light by itself so there is no need for a separate back light.
Pixel Precise is "newer" in marketing terms, Perfect Pixel is already a year or so "old". Fact ist that Pixel Precise is the small brother of Perfect Pixel, while Precise has less processing power than Perfect. I tried to see if Perfect is "better" than Precise: to me it is invisible.... both are stunning !!
Its a decent Tv brand

Pixel quality usually diminishes as the screen size gets bigger. The pixel quality of the Samsung flat screen tv range is 1920x1080. This is a good ratio for a Samsung flat screen tv of a size of 60".

because the pixel density is higher than TV's pixel density
That depends on the resolution of the screen the pixel is on. An old tv has a lot less pixels than a modern wide screen computer monitor.
