Controlling a helicopter requires various keys in Vice City. Here is a trick to easily control it on laptop. You can set UP and DOWN key as acceleration and deceleration/reverse, LEFT and RIGHT as rotations, W and S as takeoff and landing, and A and D as going left or right. You can give your own controls as per you convenience.

∙ 7y agoYou are required to redefine your controls. Go to the menu and check what controls are set for the lean up and lean down. These are same as for the bike to do wheelie or stopie. Use up and down keys to throttle up or throttle down respectively.
