Religious people can do better or worse. The fact is just don't push your religion on your clients or workers or anyone, i have had an employee telling everyone they were going to hell because they didn't go to that employees church, the fact is that your personal beliefs are just that personal, as long as you have an open idea of others religious views you will succeed, because a happy worker is a productive worker and a happy person will always bring happy people.
