Take them shopping or re-decorate their wardrobe. If you take them shopping, pick out some skirts and some pink things. Just because they want to become girlhood doesn't mean you have to wear all pink. I think that Ballet flats are really girly. These are all my opinions, I don't know that much about being girly because I'm tomboy. Anyways, if you don't have the time or money to go shopping, then just re-decorate their clothes (with their permission first). You can use fabric paint, markers, glitter, ect.
