How and or where do you find English dub anime voice acting jobs?

Voice acting is a tough biz to get into, mainly because it requires hard work and a positive attitude through loads of rejection until it kicks in one day.
I work for Voice123, and here are some numbers from our voice actors:
Out of 4000 voice talent:
- 13% use just Voice123 to get voice work full time.
- 65% book one voice over job a month.
- In between 13 and 65%, talent book between 2-4 jobs a month.
Prospect for employment should be thought of at the stage when you have a marketing plan, studio at home, and are ready to compete professionally.

∙ 12y agoPerhaps the quickest way is to get yourself on a voice casting website, which provides hundreds of opportunities a month.
Understand though that many work online on a full-time basis, so preparation and practice are keys to success in online voice overs.
