Basically Christians have No faith in their ability to reach God's perfect standard of righteousness, but they place all the faith in the perfect life and work of Jesus Christ the Son of God. Jesus died for the whole world that those who put their faith in Him will be saved and not come under judgement. The Bible says that in Gods eyes all our good works are as filthy rags. Christians believe in Christ's good works not their own.
Muslims and for that matter all other religions believe that mankind can reach their gods standards by their own good works. Either their gods standard are too low that any man could attain them, or certain men are strong enough to live perfect lives.
