Colony Collapse Disorder is a mechanism which is causing the death of worker bees and the corresponding, sudden collapse of the bee colony/hive.
The exact cause is still unknown, although there is a lot of research in this area. The only factor that seems common to all cases of CCD is "nutritional stress", where the colony has suffered from malnutrition prior to the event.
Bumble bees are dying out due to disease. They believe it is the same issue honey bees have contracted but the issue is worse with honey bees.
No they cant because they are dying!
Bees are still around but they are slowly dying off because of a disease
The bees have somehow managed to get into your house and have tried to get out again by the (presumably closed) window. They would eventually starve and what you have found is dead and dying bees.
If they cannot get to a food source they will die.
My dad has honey bees and he thinks that when the bees go out in cold weather they can''t survive it and end up dying.
Bees are dying because of stuff . It is a problem because bees help us in many ways, and without them everything would eat our plants.
Hunny bees are dieing because flyes are laying there eggs in them ... do when they do hatch the bee dies and its called a "Zombee"
No one really knows. There are lots of unproven theories but no scientific proof.
Often insects like bees will leave their group if they are sick and/or dying.
they pollinate flowers which keeps plants reproducing and not dying off
I believe that Rudolf Steiner gave us the answer way back in 1924, when he predicted that if humanity continues to work with the bees in the artificial manner that they are using, they would disappear in fifty to eighty years. And it has come true. You might want to scope the article by Earth Vision - Why the Bees are Dying - and how to bring them back.
