Bunkbeds are stacked one on top of the other and usually come in one size. They are usually used to save space and in children's rooms. Normal beds come in many different sizes and are not used when one wants to conserve space. Normal beds don't have another stacked on top of it either.
Most lodging in Yosemite will not have bunk beds. Some of the cabins and the housekeeping camp facilities may have bunk beds. The hotels and canvas tents would not have bunk beds.
