Even chickens that look very alike still have some differences. For instance, I had two chickens that as they grew older they became very close in appearance. One characteristic is their different personality, it may sound funny that a chicken has a personality, but it is true. One chicken seemed to be more aggressive and seemed to think he was the dominant one. If you have chicks then a way to tell the difference that I found useful is that some will have slightly more adult feathers, or one will be slightly darker. I hope this helped, although the chickens I currently have don't look the same so I never needed a way to tell the difference. Good luck and let me know if you need any more help on chickens!!
All chickens may look alike, especially when they're babies, but when they grow older, you might notice some unique aspects that are different from others. The easiest way to tell a chicken apart from another is to mark them with a tag or sharpie. The next (which is what I use) is to note their personality. Like us, chickens have different personalities. I have four white chickens. One of them is very timid and quite afraid of people. Another is more friendly with people and is a little larger. The next acts as the lead hen and might face me if she thinks I'm a predator. My rooster, easiest of all, WILL attack me and has different feathers than the others. Of cousre, this might not work if you're a large-scale chicken owner. With 12 chickens, I can remember their names and tell them apart.
"Is alike different to like?" Generally, 'alike' is used to refer to things that are similar, E.G. Those two friends are very alike. Where 'like' is used to talk about things that are almost the same, E.G. Those two friends are like twins!
No, those words are not synonymous. Tough means strong and durable, different means not alike.
Unit rates are a special type of rates: those where the numerator or, more usually the denominator, of the rate is 1.
They can. Free range chickens get along with most other animals and those that are a problem, the hens avoid. Emu's would tend to ignore the smaller birds, and the chickens would not be able to handle the larger size feed.
Chickens only lay eggs. Baby chickens (chicks) hatch from those eggs and grow up. If the eggs are not fertilized, however, then they will not hatch. Those are the ones that are eaten.
The Ancient Egyptians domesticated many different types of animals - sheep, cattle, goats, pigs, geese and later horses.
It is essentially a barn where broiler chickens--those chickens raised for meat--are kept and raised.
It simply means everyone has a view on everything and those things may be different or alike to yours. Everyone has an opinion.
Without proper fencing, those chickens may try to cross the road. There's nobody home but us chickens.
In my opinion. fighting chickens is cruel and you shouldn't make them fight. Find a better, moral way to make money if that's why you do it.
Isomers are alike in that they have the same molecular formula but different structural arrangement of atoms. They are different in their chemical and physical properties due to their distinct structural arrangements, which can result in differences in reactivity, boiling points, melting points, and other properties.
