kinetic theory of matter for evaporation is that when we heated liquid suppose water consistantly so at 100 it becomes boil and afterthat changes into vapour as a result the molecules move far away from one another their kinetic energy increases because the motion between them increases the attraction going to be weak and at the end the higher energy molecules escape from the surface of water...that is the real phenomena that happens when evaporation occurs..
