They aren't. You can heat up any chemical or element and get a gas under the correct circumstances, whether it's a gas at room temperature or not. You could have iron gas or solid metal hydrogen.

the Helium atoms in this model are different from real helium models, because the picture shows what the atoms look like at a much larger scale than they actually are, and there are probably billions of them so they would not be in a erratic motion instead they would be calm in there motions.

Helium has one kind of atom: helium.

How many Helium-atoms and Carbon-atoms do you have if you have He-atoms with mass of 40amu and C-atoms with mass of 120amu?

Mass of 1 Helium atom is 4 amu and mass of 1 Carbon atom is 12 amu. So there are 10 helium atoms and 10 carbon atoms

How many different types of atoms are in helium?

Helium is an element, so it is made of only one type of atom.

How has Dalton's model of the atom changed to todays model of the atom?

Matter is made up of atoms, atoms cannot be divided into smaller pieces, all the atoms of an element are exactly alike, and different elements are made of different kinds of atoms. The nucleus, electrons in the electron cloud is the today's model and the past model is matter divided into smaller pieces.
