A written "law" will be proposed to the Senate. Depending on their reaction to the "law" will either be scrapped immediately, make changes to it, or send it on to the House of Representatives. The House of Reps then votes, if the vote is 51% or more, it is then sent to the president, who either accepts the bill, or vetoes it. If the president vetoes it, 2/3rds of the Senate and 2/3rds of the House of Representatives can still vote to pass yes it.

laws are made by the government which sends them to the Prime Minister who then tells us what they are and how to respond the them. In order to live a life you need laws otherwise you would most probably beDEAD. So please follow the laws.

Laws are made through legislation process where the legislative branch will come up with the law. The law is then accented by the president so that it can become recognized.
