Probably therapy and certain medications could help rid of the symptoms.

Sometimes. I would see if they would go to counseling. You bet they do! Don't hold your breath that counseling will help. Narcissists are notoriously resistant to therapy.

Psychiatric therapy, but unfortunately narcissists are so into themselves (selfish, egomaniacal to the point of verbal abuse and sometimes physical abuse) that they feel they don't need help and most seldom will go for treatment.
