Paramecia cells are organism and can survive on their own. Sheep cells are not organisms- just cells and can't survive on their own. They are made up of the same things like a nucleus and ribosomes, ETC.

They are the same because they are both cells. They are different because paramecia cells are organisms so they can survive on their own with, sheep cells are not organisms so they need to be part of a larger organism to survive.
