A disk of material encircled the early sun. This material gradually coalesced by the collision of matter into planets. The solar wind would have blown the lighter gases (hydrogen and helium) off the inner worlds, leaving rocky remains.

Jupiter and the outer gas giants swept up most of the abundant lighter material, leaving frozen CO2 and water vapor (H2O) for distant icy bodies beyond Neptune. A belt of these objects is dominated by Sedna, Pluto/Charon, and other "comets" which is known as the Kuiper Belt.

Far beyond the Kuiper Belt is a shell of widely separated objects of similar composition known as the Oort Cloud.
when the big bang happend, gases came to the sun, over billions of years the suns gravity pulled chunks of rocks together to form planets which became big enough that they had their own gravitational pull and received their moons.

Scientists think that planets formed at the same time as our sun, shortly afterwards. Areas of dust began to gather together and are attracted by each others gravity. Lighter gasses like hydrogen and helium are blown outward by the solar wind and formed the outer planets. Heavier rocks and metals remained close to the sun and form the inner planets. Once the early planets began to form, they continued attracting more material as it approached and collided with them.

God said let there be light, and there was light. Light was good. So God separated light and dark and called the light day and the dark night. Then, God create stars to fill the night.

God created them just like he created you. You can look in Gensis in The Bible for a more exact answer.

The most popular theory on the development of the planets is the Big Bang Theory. According to this theory, the universe started as a dot and exploded, creating what we see now as all of the galaxies and planets.

Material in interstellar space clumps together, as a result of its own gravity, forming solar systems - i.e., stars and planets. In the Wikipedia article "Formation and evolution of the Solar System", you can find more details about how scientists believe that our Solar System was formed.
