Rocks are classified into three groups based on how they are formed. Igneous rock is formed when magma cools and crystallizes. Sedimentary rock is formed when the products of weathering and erosion are compacted and cemented to form new rock. Metamorphic rock is formed when existing rock is changed by heat, pressure or chemical change into a new kind of rock.
By their mode of origin.

One thing that comes in groups of three is the 3 little pigs. The Holy Trinity is a group of three as is the primary colors.
I believe that Flint and Chert are two rocks formed by stress deformation, however I apologise for the last one escapes me.
There are THREE major protists groups. Before, there were classified in two groups. This are the one: PROTOZOA ALGAE FUNGUS-LIKE FUNGI PROTISTS
Most scientists regard metals in one of three groups Alkali, alkaline earth metals, and transition metals. The transition metals are further divided into lanthanides and actinides groups on the periodic table. One could also consider metals divided by ferrous and non-ferrous. This generally speaks of iron carrying metals and magnetic properties versus non-iron and nonmagnetic.

Cereal can be classified into two groups: prepared and cooked.
Depending on the type, rocks are made up of one or several minerals. The three basic groups of rocks are igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic.
Igneous, Sedimentary, Metamorphic. Igneous rocks are made of solidified magma. Sedimentary rocks are those that are made by the weathering or erosion of soil of Earth. Metamorphic rocks are when rocks are changed from one material to another; new minerals are created.
One thinks of rocks as hard, but in fact their hardness varies.
Sedimentary rock is one of the three main rock groups (along with igneous and metamorphic rocks) and is formed in three main ways-by the deposition of the weathered remains of other rocks (known as clastic sedimentary rocks); by the deposition of the results of biogenic activity; and by precipitation from solution. Sedimentary rocks include common types such as chalk, limestone, sandstone, and shale. :)
The 8085 instruction set is classified into the following three groups according to word size: 1. One-word or 1-byte instructions 2. Two-word or 2-byte instructions 3. Three-word or 3-byte instructions
The forces that break rocks vary and in most cases are classified as mechanical or chemical forces. Weathering is one of the common ways that rocks are broken down into smaller particles.
Any semitic peoples are classified as Caucasian. American may refer to one's nationality. It has nothing to do with race or ethnicity. Americans consist of a large number of ethnic groups and three major racial groups live in North and South America.
One thing that comes in groups of three is the 3 little pigs. The Holy Trinity is a group of three as is the primary colors.
A rock is made of 2 or more minerals, minerals make up rocks but rocks cannot make up minerals.
The special features of a cave is the water from the inside and the cave walls which protect the outside of the cave also one of the special features of a cave is how many rocks they are they are the three main rocks and they are the Igneous, metamorphic and sediementry, these three rocks are the main ones but they are many more rocks but not as good as these three special rocks.
