The 1960's car industry changed greatly from the 1950's. Most car makes in the 50's had one or two models that changed in price according to accessories and options. Chevy for example in the 60's had Corvette, Corvair, Chevelle, Impala/Caprice, Chevy II/Nova, Camaro. The 1960's offered more variety to pick from: economy, utility, family use, personal use, muscle/performance and luxury.
The ecu has changed. Torque vectoring control. All wheel drive. All sorts of safety things like some cars can see if you are sleeping , and they now have airbags in the seatbelts of some cars.

There is no such thing as a water fueled car. Even steam cars used some form of fuel to create the steam. You can extract Hydrogen from water to power a car but as of this time 2015 there are no cars being produced that use water as a fuel.
It is recommended that most cars get their oil changed every three months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. However, I have noticed that many newer cars have extended service schedules. Also, some cars have a built in system that notifies the driver when the oil needs to be changed.
