What is the difference between antibiotics and drugs?

I might be wrong. Do not judge me for that please. An antibiotic is a type of medicine that is used to kill viral/bacterial things in your body. A drug is pretty much the same thing. Only thing is is that bad things like beer, marijuana, cigarettes, cocane, are all classified as drugs. So, the word antibiotic is used so that "drugs" aren't confused. Because if someone asked if you're on drugs and you said "Yes" because you think they're talking about medicine, they'll crack up, and walk away. How's that? This is my first time answering.
