Character rankings in EU World of Warcraft are determined by first off, the level 90. It is then determined by how much reputation they have throughout the World of Warcraft world.

That's it - a realm. There are a hundred+ realms on World of Warcraft, if u are from the US and like a normal (PVE) realm I suggest Bloodhoof and Icecrown. Kul'Tiras, Turalyon are also PVE and available,best thing to do is wait for a brand new realm - the economies have very little inflation for months.
