Cells are the building blocks of organs. Cells come together to form tissue and likewise tissue forms organs. Organs with similar function then create an organ system e.g. the digestive system is an organ system that includes such organs as the stomache and any other organs that contribute to digestive process such as the liver, pancreas, intestines, etc.
