  1. Apni - It is used for people who are very respectable like elders and people in high positions.
  2. Tumi- for people who are around our age. May be used when we first meet strangers around our age. Very often used to address spouse, or lover.
  3. Tui- for people who are like family, very close friends, who are of our age or younger than us.

'How are you - kemon achen/achoo/ achis' depends on if you use apni/tumi/tui respectively.

So u may say tumi kemon achoo amar bon. or tui kemon achis amar bon.
