I understand that you need help. Luckily I have an answer to your question. Open up Microsoft Word. When you are there, go to the File tab and open the document in which you wish to email. Under where it says Save & Send at the top, you will see your sharing options. Click on the 'Send using E-mail' button. Word will take you to another page showing the options for E-mail sharing.
