∙ 12y agoKFC is not healthy for the body, although having it once a week is appropriate if you are doing excerise regulary. If not, then please try once every 2 weeks. I can be wrong, but that is an appropriate choice. KFC is mostly chicken. You would be fine. Just excercise regularly.
