The risks as such are the same, but since the smoke you get into you from passive smoking is more diluted passive smoking is a bit less bad.

It is super potent so you don't typically smoke that much but it still hurts your lungs as bad as weed or tobacco does. If you vaporize the hash that wouldn't be an issue.
