You should never drink any amount of alcohol during pregnancy. Drinking even very small amounts of alcohol can cause birth defects, miscarriage, and FAS (fetal alcohol syndrome).
The first trimester but you shouldn't drink at all during the pregnancy. You can drink a small glas of wine once in awhile but not alcohol.
just 1cup once in a while during pregnancy

None! The CDC says that there is no safe level of alcohol consumption during pregnancy. Recent studies have indicated that very small amounts of alcohol may not be damaging but until and unless there is some strong new evidence, avoid all alcohol during pregnancy. Not so many doctors believe that in the second and third trimester a glass on wine at night has no ill effects on the unborn and may help as it relaxes the woman. Check with you own personal doctor and don't over indulge.
Well this I believe is a very debatable question. Some doctors do not advise against, others say it is only okay during a certain trimester while others say absolutely no..period. My advice to you is for you to use your best judgment with this. We all know that drinking during pregnancy can cause tragic results and your child could be born with fetal alcohol syndrome. I have never read of any real benefits of drinking a glass of red wine while pregnant, so I personally would just say no. Why risk it if it does not have any obvious benefits. Some people say that having a glass of wine/beer ,whatever the beverage, can help you sleep if you have problems sleeping. But this cannot be true, alcohol can actually affect your sleeping and the quality of sleep will be poorer. Good luck.
yes, it can. That's why doctors advice you to not drink while pregnant. But to be specific it can cause complications during the pregnancy stage and or while giving birth.
Only if cooked or boiled. The alcohol is distilled from the wine when boiled or cooked in with other foods. If wine is drunk (regardless of whether it's meant for cooking or not), it is NOT safe.
wine drugs and smoking
it isn't. wine is still alcohol.
Any alcohol should be evaporated while it is cooked. However, consume it in small amounts.
We now know that light drinking during pregnancy, especially during the second and third trimesters, does not pose a risk to the fetus but does promote the woman's health. Alcohol and pregnancy do not mix, if mental retardation and still births are appealing to you, down it mama
Yes, however research show that half a glass if wine a day is OK.
