The terrain varied. Along the coast from the DMZ to Denang then all areas around Saigon the land was most flat. Closer to Cambodia then all along the Laos border the land was Jungles and Mountains. I flew in the northern section, from the DMZ to Danang, from Laos to the coast.
I flew helicopters, mountains are very bad for 'choppers.
